This is my bad for not reading the description and the reviews. I knew they were gonna be random but I didn’t know they would be mismatched. Most of mine matched except 2. Giraffe body with a cat head. Dog body with a monkey head. Very odd, but that’s not a big deal to me. What upsets me is the fact I got multiples of the same one. I played with littlest pet shop a lot as a kid. Used to collect them. No one wants multiples of something. Variety is better. Also why is it so hard to find littlest pet shop nowadays? And when you do they’re much more expensive than they used to be when they were super popular. Anyway, they’re good quality at least.

Ordered the 16 piece but it’s not 16 characters it’s actually 16 separate pieces. Heads and bodies are not put together so they count as 2 pieces for one figure. Durability is a major issue with the heads coming off very easy.

We got multiple bodies and heads that we had to put together ourselves. No big deal, UNTIL only half of the 16pieces actually matched. The heads and bodies didn’t all go together. That was very disheartening for a 9 year old to learn on Christmas morning. Tried to reach out to have rectified and got ZERO communication back. Horrible!!

The picture is NOT what you get. They came in pieces you have to put them together yourself. Also.....some of the animals came with the wrong body for the wrong head. LOL Exp:.......Monkey head with a cat body or, my favorite, dog head with bird body! Lol I mean I don't think my kid will care but.... COME ON! WHY?

Did not know they would come mismatched. Like a rhino head with a pony body? What? Why? We got 10 that match but the rest do not. My daughter will be upset come Christmas. Also you have to put them together yourself. It’s just really weird and not worth it.

Bought this for a Christmas gift for my daughter not only did we have to assemble the toys but the body's did not match the heads of the animals we received. Let's just say I'm not happy with the product very disappointed 😕
