they look and work as expected (they are MRI safe. we verified!). I would buy these againNote that these were too big when doing our brain MRI, because the head needs to fit in this 'cage' and the earmuffs were too big to fit in the cage. But they worked for the spine MRI!

Didn’t fit
Mixed. It really kills the sound, but it didn’t fit the MRI machine. So ultimately couldn’t use it.

I took these with me to my recent MRI. However they had the same ear protection there. So I know these work

Deceptive Marketing for MRI Incompatible product
This item turned out to be worthless for an MRI. First, there is no description on the product or packaging that identify this as MRI safe. Second, I brought it to the MRI and like many others stated I wasn’t able to use it as it was incompatible with the MRI machine. Lastly, Amazon would not refund me.

Works well for somethings
I haven't had my latest MRI yet but since I recently had one that I almost passed out from the banging, these should at least muffle some of the sound especially when I use earplugs with the headset.

MRI APPROVED HEAD PHONES
They worked great!! The diagnostic Center I go to no longer offers head phones. I didn’t want my ear drums hurt t so purchased my own.

Perfect for an MRI
They worked great for my 2nd MRI. The Tech check and they do not have any metal in the product. Really reduced the sound level.

Comfortable but was not useable
When we tried these on at home for our 5 year old, they fit great, metal-free, and were comfortable. But when we brought them w/ for his MRI at Kaiser, we weren’t able to use it due to the size. It would not fit in the tray where he had to rest his head, even without wedges. Ended up returning.
