I actually waited a few months to get a good idea of the quality. Considering the original cables are so expensive, I was curious as to why there was such a price disparity and whether the original cables warranted their $9 cost. The original cables I have very quickly started having recognition issues as I now have to make sure they are firmly seated into the headphones for the red light to flash. So much so that I fear I might damage the port. Don't spend the money on those when you can have consistently working cables for 1/8th of the cost.Pros:Instantly recognized. No fiddling with the cable for the charge light to come up.Snug fit. The original cables feel loose, while these lock into the port perfectly.Good quality. The cable is stiff and the coating is thick, so I don't imagine the wiring becoming exposed any time soon.Charge time seems to be the same. Then again, they actually work as soon as I plug them in.Cons:Extremely long, so a little problematic if you want to use it in a portable situation.Completely recommend these. I've been using them to replace the shoddy original ones every single day since they arrived last December and they work flawlessly every time. I don't know how many times I've been in a pinch where I forgot to charge my headphones, used the original cable, only to find they didn't charge at all. I actually thought something was wrong with my headphones because the cables were brand new from JayBird.Get these, you won't regret it!

Secure connection ain't coming loose

One of the employees at my work lost the battery charger for one of our work cameras, a Nikon CoolPix. It is the only Nikon that we use so we didn't have any other chargers for it. The replacement battery charger was more than twice as expensive as this cord. The cord works perfectly and is a great value for the price. Highly recommend, would purchase again.

Bought this for my Nikon D3300 so that I could live view my videos from my laptop (tent mode and facing me) as I recorded them. Works like a charm and I no longer have to record multiple times because I stepped out of frame without realizing it! I can also use it to preview pictures I take on my laptop (again, for self-shooting).I had my first one for several months and had no issues and just ordered another one because I managed to lose the first during my last trip.

Make sure of your purchase. This item is not returnable. The item seems to charge but don’t know about data transfer.

Bought this cable to download pictures from a camera. It's worked fine, the price was great, and the length is ideal to reach from my computer to my desk, where the camera is placed during downloads.

Camera not recognized by computer when using this cable. Battery doesn't charge either.The cable I received looks different from the one pictured on Amazon. The ferrite bead is pictured next to the mini 8 pin side. On the cable I received, the ferrite bead is on the usb A side.Even though the cable appears to be defective, there are no returns.

Longer than I wanted but this was the lowest cost option. Transfer speed is acceptable.
