Not as advertised
Doesn't come with the cute teddy bears ...really sad cuz the cute keychains make the whole look of the bag was really disappointed when I got the bag..

Different than I expected…
First off I had expected this backpack to be bigger like in the pictures, but it was significantly smaller which was disappointment #1(I did an arm comparison in the pictures above). Next, the back straps aren't really connected to anything and I had to put the straps together so I could be able to carry it on my back, but if you make your backpack too heavy it will start to come undone which is why I had to tie a knot to stop that from happening which is ridiculous! Now onto disappointment #3, you really cant carry anything too heavy in this back pack without it becoming awkward to carry. Its so cute such a disappointment. I wasn't really expecting much from the teddy bears it came with as well as the pins but the bear came looking lopsided and the pins are too flimsy to actually stick through any type of fabric without looking like it will break. Don't get me wrong its a cute back pack with so many pockets but just too many things wrong with it to actually carry around. Definitely will be returning.

Very cute but…
The backpack came with everything it said it would and it looks really pretty. However, it doesn’t hold heavy things. With my laptop and two single subject journals, it looks like it’s ready to break apart. The straps is also really small and the backpack as well. It looks bigger in the pictures but it’s probably too small for a highschool or college backpack. Other than that, it’s nice!

Bag pack
It was a very beautiful back . My daughter lived it so much. But the string handle is not string enought. She been using it for only a month and half than it broke down . So 😡

Not for heavy school books
Its a very cute backpack, BUT it did not do my middle schooler any justice. By the end of the first week the main zipper broke. I would not recommend this if you are using it for heavy school books/ chromebook
