Great book - but you need code for audio
This book is well-organized and provides a progressive and engaging method of learning French for young children. The problem was there was no indication of how to find the necessary code to access the audio. I emailed DK, the publisher, who quickly responded. But I had already figured it out by trial and error.Once you reach the web site, you put "US" as the code and then pick "French" in the drop down menu.I hope this helps someone else!

Disappointed in lack of code to access and poor response from company
Bought 2 of these, one for my granddaughter and one for me. The cover is printed with a statement that there is on-line or an app access to audio. There are no codes. I have sent several emails to try to get a code, but to no avail. Will need to return both. Too bad because it is a nice concept. This is straight vocabulary only, no phrases, just words, which is fine. It is missing easy access to the audio as promised.

Cute
I have yet to test out the audio feature that goes along with this text so I cannot comment on that. I love the book itself. Very colorful and simple. We are using it as an intro to French before we start formal study to see if this is the language we want to study in high school. We are not using it to become fluent or using it as a serious study guide.

Wonderful book!
Fun, colorful, educational French book for kids! I like that audio is included online through an app. My fifth grade daughter (she's a beginner) is really enjoying this book!

The promised audio isn't available
We couldn't find the free audio that was to go with this book. The book is very colorful and we would have loved to have done the fun exercises and learned to pronounce the French words. As it is, the book is a waste of money.
