Explorations: Introduction to Astronomy

For all of us that love the astronomy this is the book. Well written and with many pictures, figures and other aids, the book introduces the reader in the fantastic world of planets, systems, galaxies and so on. The book cover the recent news of Pluto encounter, and of course other news for Titan, Saturn, gravitational waves, etc. Other point in favor is the price, less than other Astronomy books with "stratopheric" prices!

I had to have this book for an Astronomy class in school. It was very good. Alot of information and I learned so much more about astronomy than I knew before hand.
