Mit dem Zwilling Multi Reibe und Schneider kann ich in kürzester Zeit Karotten etc. in der gewünschten Form verarbeiten. Das Beste: meine Finger sind geschützt. Die Hobel/Schneide Einsätze kann ich einfach wechseln und ausspülen. Top Qualität.

ヘンケルスのZwillingは高級な鍋やフライパンのイメージが強かったのですが、こんな便利なものも作っていたんですね。「 Z-CUT マルチグレーター 」はプレートを付け替えるだけでいろいろなスライスが作れる優れもので、使い終わったらプレートはまとめて収納できてコンパクトになるので、これは助かります。プレートの中には日本人の普段の家庭料理だと、これはどうやって使うのよという形に切れるものもありましたが、それを考えるのもまた楽しいし、これから朝、野菜スープを作って飲む機会が増えるので、新しい食感を楽しめそうです。スライサーはやや厚めで、食材の味をしっかり楽しめるぐらいの厚みがありました。全体にやや手応えを感じながらスライスしていく感じで、切れはいいけど、ホルダーもついているし、安心して使えました。

It has a slider on to use while grating g to protect your fingers while using this also comes off all together if you slid it far enough so you don't need to use the slider if you prefer not to. There is a tray in the back to store all of the grating plates when not been used so you won't loose anything. Clean up I'd quick and easy personally I just put it I the top rack of my dishwasher and it comes up sparkly clean.
