Fantastic Anti-Inflammatory!
This is my favorite krill oil, I am double jointed in my shoulders & hips so I tend to have more pain there after I workout. I take this krill oil daily and have noticed a difference, especially in my shoulders. It has a strong smell, but never any after taste.

No bad taste, seeing some joint pain relief. haven’t taken it long enough to know the long term benefits if there are any.

No yucky fish smell
The biggest benefit is the lack of horrible fish smell most omega 3 supplements have. Opening the bottle is more pleasant and there aren’t the weird fish burps 🙈 With this brings Krill vs Fish it feels like a cleaner product and from what I’ve read less toxic. I got it after reading the benefits of Omega 3 for mental health/sadness and low energy so hoping to see some of those longer term benefits after I’ve been using it for awhile.
