Onnit Total Strength and Performance - Stimulant-Free Pre-Workout Supplement - Strawberry Lemonade (30 Servings)

I've been using ONNIT T for about a month and a half now. So far I love this product!I am using in conjunction with Greg O'Gallagher's Warrior Shredding program. I chose this because I am currently cutting down and didn't want to lose strength in the process. I'm not sure how much of my results are from Warrior Shredding, dialing in my macros, or this product. But I can say that I'm making really great, consistent strength gains!I enjoy the tingly feeling I get as it courses through my veins and helps me push myself really hard during workouts. I also really appreciate that it doesn't contain stimulants. Yes, it tastes nasty. But it's doable and it's working so I don't care how it tastes!Btw, yes women can definitely take this supplement. The ingredients give your body a boost in creating IT'S OWN testosterone. Your body will only produce as much testosterone as is natural. A slight increase in testosterone levels can benefit both men and women and aid in strength gain and in weight loss. It's not going to make you look or feel like you took steroids. -.-Anyways, I definitely recommend this product and will continue taking it!

Pro's:Incredible product straight from mother earth, and in my experience it works almost too well. I started taking the recommended serving but noticed after a few weeks it was too much for me, as it felt almost like I was turning into a wild animal (kinda like puberty all over again). I am in my 20's so I don't really need the extra T, but I've found my balance with the product and I take a little over half the recommended serving but even with only that I have noticed my strength increase drastically and don't feel too animalistic.Cons:A bit overpriced.-------------------About the taste; at first it's almost like a shot of hard liquor made from citrus, yeah not the most appealing thing to drink.But just like real liquor you don't drink it for the taste and if you're a man you definitely don't bitch about it after.Now that I'm used to it, when I drink it, it initiates this immediate feeling that within 30min I'm turning into as close as I can get to the hulk.Then I just mash through my workout.And for the guys saying build your own stack of the same stuff; I used to try and do that with supplements but now I'll save the time and effort and stick with stuff like this. Why? Mainly because it works, and second because it's all organic pure ingredients.When building my own stacks I had a hard time finding organic pure stuff. But to each their own, if you're not into that kind of thing, try out building your own and see if it works for you.

This is a nice pre-workout boost. It doesn't give me the jitters or make my skin heat up like other pre-workouts that are caffeine based. I wouldn't mind maybe a little bit more of an energy boost, but this is fine and I like that the ingredients are a little bit more natural.

it tastes like sand. the texture is worse. does help with my workouts though. not sure if it's better than some others or not yet. if i can get through half the bottle, I'll leave another review.

Tastes fantastic and gives a little extra push at the gym. I am a big fan of Aubrey Marcus and the guys at Onnit. I love their supplements, workout videos and meal plans. They use the phrase 'Total Human Optimization' and you can see their dedication in their products as well as the Onnit Academy. Plus they are Texas based and thats worth something.

The taste is absolutely disgusting. I have been purchasing Onnit products for a while. I had purchased this stim-free Onnit pre-workout before and the taste was horrible, but I did like the effects on the formula. I had found other better tasting pre-workout formulas, bur circled back to this one because I am quitting caffeine. I will never buy this again. Not only does it the taste terrible, but the powder is gritty and never really dissolves no matter how hard you shake the blender bottle.Also, the price is ridiculously high compared to other products. I get it they are using good ingredients, but the markup is through the roof. So not only are you getting a product that is awful to the palate, but you are paying more for it. No thanks!

I was really looking forward to trying this pre-workout but the taste was almost unbearable. I tried to dry scoop it and I couldn’t take the second scoop, then I tried to mix it with water and it was worse. Idk if I was just being a b**ch but I’ll have to just continue dry scooping it until it runs out.
