I really like Liquitex products. They're clean, flow good, have great texture and easy to use. Always looks nice. Doesn't smell to me.

Applying several coats of this on photos gives a resin like look with out the mess! I love it!

Love love love this stuff
I have used this over acrylic paint and over chalk paint on my birdhouses. It self levels, goes on easy and fast, not tacky, washes with water, dries QUICKLY, nice shine, no brush strokes, doesn’t smear paint, no smell, not op thick, water resistant , OMG I could go on… this stuff is awesome 🙌

Great finish to acrylic painting
This creates a nice gloss finish to my acrylic painting and makes the colors pop. I just exported all my photos so I can’t share one. The best way to not get lines from brushes foam or traditional is to use an apply with white T-shirt and apply thin coats in circles and completely dry before next coat. I use 3-4 coats. Cover with something like a food tent to avoid dust while drying.

Best of the Best
This Liquitex Professional High Gloss Varnish is just the bomb. I use it on all of my best ceramic sculptures and creations, as well as canvas art works, when a high-quality, water-based, high-gloss sheen is desired as the final finish. This varnish is durable for both indoor and outdoor use. I find it on par with (and typically much more durable than) outdoor-grade water-based polyurethane clear finishes. I have several ceramic pieces that are exposed to daily sun and most have held up nearly perfectly for nearly a year with re-coating needed only once in a blue moon. Best of all, this varnish cures absolutely crystal clear with a spectacular high gloss sheen, and it does not mute or muddle the shine or sparkle of the acrylic paint colors beneath it. This Liquitex varnish is the best of its class that I have found in water-based, non-yellowing, clear top-coat finishes. It goes on smoothly and is quick to dry to the touch. Multiple layers will eventually mute the colors beneath this varnish, but then again, I am referring to many layers (i.e., more than 3 - 5 coats). The effect of multiple layers of this varnish is the equivalent of a glass-like coating. I highly recommend this varnish.

Leaves streaks
I have used this brand for decades so I went with it to try a high gloss shine on acrylics, which I am new to but have done oil paintings for decades. I used a sponge brush to apply and did two coats. It is very shiny as advertised but you can see the strokes a bit, it is not totally flat and even coating.

I love this stuff! Great for miniatures! Great with airbrush!
I love this stuff, it is high quality and stable. For miniatures painting, I use it for various special effects, such as a pre-treatment for oil washes, and as a tough protectant. Especially for lightweight plastic miniatures - when applied as an overcoat, you can put painted miniatures so treated and put them in a paper bag and shake em up pretty good before any paint damage would occur. Not recommended of course but against the wear of storage trays and foams this will protect your paint from rubbing off. In cases where you don't want the finish so shiny Vallejo makes a Matte version of this product, or overcoat this with a spray matte finish to tone down the shine if needed. This product is also great for many other applications, has nearly no smell, is non toxic, cleans easily with water, or warm soapy water if it gets sticky. If it sets harder it can be undone with Isopropyl Alcohol, or a good long soak in Simple Green can break it down unless it's had years to 'fossilize' then it can be pretty tough to undo, but still possible which is a good thing. I got the 32 oz bottle which should be a lifetime supply and I can also share some with my gaming buddies to help kick up their painting level. I thin it a bit with Vallejo Airbrush Thinner and blast away with my cheap airbrush (don't use your prime airbrush for varnishes) too. Build it up in thin coats for professional results on many different media. Clean airbrush immediately after and don't let it sit for any length of time or it gets gummy in there.
