Good massage product, but the speed controller is broken for my ordered product.
I had ordered two massagers , one is awesome but the other one came with speed controller on/off button broken and it just spins continuously when in reality it should not , also the seller should bubble warp the product itself so it does not break in transit. Like happened with me. On a good note though, i have recieved refund for the defective product, big thumbs Up 👍 to Amazon. I suggested to return courier the defective product but Amazon declined to provide me seller contact info and told me to discard the product nevertheless if seller sees this review and wants to connect with me to courier back the product I'm more than happy to return it. Because i feel if the controller on/off Switch is replaced then the product isn't damaged so he would be able to put it to good use. Once again Thanks Amazon for quick resolution for my problem.
