I bought this product 10 months ago love it, use it daily. And clean it regularly. But where do i order new filters for it?

I was bought it as a gift. It worked fine to begin with then water started to smell - despite me using the exact water source in the pitcher. Why does the water smell now? Lack of clarity on how to clean or maintain the Pitcher . I fill the pitcher with clean water to self clean. It literally produces a few bubbles for 1 minute and switches off. Does not beep 6 times as it’s mentioned in the pamphlet manual. How do I clean this pitcher please? Where can I also download a detailed instruction manual on the self clean process & maintenance. Thank you

Leider entsprechen die Werte, zu hoch angesetzt, nicht wie versprochen. Wichtig ist die Membran des Gerätes zuerst zu aktivieren. D.h. zu wässern, mind. 24h, da sie seit der Produktion - trocken - geliefert wurde, nicht ganz optimal. Empfehlenswert dann, mehrmalig ohne das Wasser zu trinken, die Programme durchführen und dann weggiessen. Erst dann hat man Wasserstoff, leider nicht die angegebenen hohen Mengen. Mit ORP Gerät messbar oder Methylenblau.

I’m loving my Piurify Hydrogenator. I live in Canada and the customer service is amazing. When they had a sale in the US they included me with a refund of 35$.

I bought this generator recently and I really wanted to know the details how it works. I contacted the company, and the representative was extremely nice, patient and knowledgeable. He answered all my questions and also provided me a credit of $35 when I told him I saw this advertisement but when I bought it, I didn't get a discount. After two years of using it, it stopped working properly. Magnetic function didn't work and two lights in the pitcher were not on. I contacted the company, and I have to tell you they have great customer service. The representative replied right away and asked me to send him a short video, which I did. I have been using this hydrogen water generator for 9 months. There are 2 of us here that use it daily. We really appreciate the water it produces. I do not know how to tell if it is hydrogenated, but I know that it is better filtered than our tap water. I feel much safer drinking water, and we no longer drink water from the tap. I do feel energized after drinking it, so maybe that is the hydrogen showing itself! It is extremely easy to use and clean. I make 6 to 10 pitchers of water a day. I am diligent in cleaning it and changing the filter as suggested. I have never smelled anything strange in the water and have never experienced any bad taste. We both find it to be tasteless and odorless. It is compact so it does not take up much space, and it is fun to watch it spin and bubble! The company sent our free filters immediately after we registered the machine. They sent us message to thank us for the purchase and to make sure we were satisfied. Could not ask for better service! We are extremely happy with this hydrogen water generator and recommend it to anyone thinking of purchasing one. UPDATE: Back to say it’s been 2 years now since we purchased this and we still love it! Still use it exclusively for our drinking water. Also, I use it when fermenting and have never had a problem. We are so happy that we bought this! As an added bonus, we are very happy to see that the replacement filters have not increased in price in the 2 years we have owned it. If you purchase one, I hope you will enjoy it as much as we do ours.
