Hair is definitely thicker. Also can see a difference in colour of my beard. Was white. Now I can see black coming back after only 3 washes

Not as good as the old formula - too weak!
Takes way longer to get anywhere over the old stuff. Two minutes and the colour of the old formula went a deep purple now it just goes a very pale purple when you rinse out. That and it's taken two thirds of a bottle to get what the old formula would do in 5 or 6 washes.So the new formula is just a weaker version to get you buying more.

They’ve changed the formula! It doesn’t work!
This hair colour used to be brilliant. Now it’s a disaster, it’s makes your hair ginger. I’ve purchased this product for years, and the last two products failed. I’ve had fo throw them out. What’s up ControlGX? Have you heard of Quality Control? Why haven’t you recalled this defective product? Why are you not notifying your customers of this problem?
