I love ice cream (but only with this)
I’m seriously lactose intolerant. These have made eating dairy based products bearable. Work just as well as the name brand at a fraction of the cost compared to the pharmacy stocked kinds.

Works great and love the short ingredient list
I am sensitive to additives and it has changed my life to find an additive free lactose enzyme. I take one with my medications every morning, sadly impossible to get most meds without lactose in the US.

Works but tastes weird
This works as well as Lactaid, but the most recent batch has a weird taste like potato or mushroom. I had the same issue with Walmart brand recently and I think there’s some kind of problem with the quality of the ingredients they share.

The good stuff
This is the only lactase pill I buy. The name brand? LACTAID!?!? More expensive and you have to take 3 at a time so your doses are cut down immensely. This Kirkland one? Perfection. Single pill and I'm done. Reasonably priced and a BIG box so I'm literally good for over a hundred treats.
