I did have to cut the opening all the way to the corners so the sheets didn’t tear when I pulled them out. Not a big deal at all.So easy to use. Particularly when covered by flour/butter/etc. Lays nice and flat on the baking sheet. Sturdy enough to reuse if you’re doing multiple rounds of cookies/pastries. Released the cookies easily.

Once you use parchment sheets, you'll never buy parchment in rolls again. I use these on quarter baking sheets in my Breville SmartOven. Never had one burn or give me any problems, whether baking or roasting at high temps. Good buy.

This is the best brand I’ve found on Amazon. The parchment paper is an appropriate thickness but not too thick. It works well for non stick baking such as cookies, breads, cakes and we even baked a Tri tip in the oven with this. Definitely recommend this brand specifically as I tried other brands and they’re too thin and the grease can leak through those cheap thin ones. This one doesn’t do that. 10/10!

So easy to use. And can be easily trimmed if need be. For half sheet pans, simply folding it over works just fine. I use a lot of parchment paper (this is my second box) and was previously struggling with trying to cut an even piece from a roll. No more! The ease and convenience are worth the price.

Took on vacation to use in pans for easy clean-up of baked items in sheet pans. These were the perfect size and worked well, except it took two sheets each time, as they were very thin. Can fold in half for a smaller sheet pan, though. If they overhang the pan, they will burn, too, not just char.

I use this with foil in my toaster oven & it works great! It keeps me from having to clean the pan as often. Yeaaa! I find that food doesn't stick to the sheets.

These fit my baking sheets precisely! I really like that they are cut from unbleached parchment. Why did I wait so many years to get cut-to-size sheets?!? I’ll only use the rolls of parchment for odd-shaped things.

Parchment is great for cooking/baking and makes clean up so easy. I have been using rolls up until now, but the convenience of individual sheets is next level. This product is great!

In the UK, most precut cheese slices aren't separated by anything and are in stupid non resealable packets. So I bought these to put in between slices when I transfer them to a clipfresh box. So they last longer and are very easy to remove. Incredibly lazy of me but these squares do a great job. Highly recommended.
