Got this for my aussie mix as she tangles really easily, and it gets very hard to brush her if I forget for only about a week. Its a nice simple dog conditioner that I think is worth the price. The scent is very mild but still good and has not irritated her skin since Ive used it. It makes her much softer afterwards which i didnt even think was possible. The bottle isn't super big, skinnier and about as tall as a water bottle. This isnt bad but I can imagine that the costs would add up if you have multiple long haired, medium or big dogs.

This is a great conditioner. Leaves my dog feeling soft and moisturized. I wouldn't mind a fragrance, but I'm kind of glad it doesn't have any. It's probably better for his skin that way. It truly doesn't smell like anything.

I’ve used this on my Rottweiler since she was a puppy. I had gotten busy for a while and started taking her to groomers and using their soap. Regret. Starting bathing her myself again with this shampoo/conditioner and her hair is finally getting back to how it should be. Smell is light and soft. I wish the bottle was a little bigger for a 90lb dog.

Great product. Good suds, even on triple coat dog. Rinses well. Smells good. Stopped itching

Omg 😲 this mad my pups 🐶 fur so soft. He isn't even dry yet, I could feel how soft his fur felt when I had him in the tub. Worth every penny. They just earned a forever customer. I already use the tear free formula on his face, but the conditioner is GOOD good 👍🏽👍🏽 I used it everywhere except his face. I did behind his ears real good and his tail too. Now I have to go look at all the Burts 🐝 products for dogs 🐕 🤦🏾‍♀️

I’ve successfully used the same shampoo and conditioner on all of our Yorkies for the last 10 years. After triple rinsing and towel drying, I lightly spray their coats with Stazko Finishing Spray—a product that I consider a miracle worker—because it leaves their coats easy to untangle and bright and shiny. In fact, my husband always says that our Yorkies’ coats always look better are more manageable than on the occasions when we must take them in for full grooming and haircuts. Suddenly, our 4 ½ pound Yorkie began scratching off and on all day and night. [She is now our only surviving dog.] She has no fleas or other vermin; we are very careful to apply prescription flea and tick medication (Revolution) once a month. I decided to try an oatmeal-based conditioner on her hair to see if it would stop the scratching. I shampooed her with pre-diluted oatmeal-based shampoo and then added pre-diluted Burt’s Bees conditioner. [My practice of mixing the products with very warm water ahead of application assures that no part of her coat is so saturated with the product that it’s difficult to rinse off. I finish the bath double rinsing to make sure that no shampoo or conditioner remains on her skin. I followed the same procedure with the oatmeal based shampoo and the Burt’s Bees conditioner, which was very difficult to completely rinse out. I then lightly sprayed her coat with Stazko, massaged it into her coat, and dried it as usual. Her coat was dull, hung heavily against her back and sides, and three days later she looked as though she needed another bath. Oh, and she’s still scratching.

I have a soft coat Yorkshire Terrier with some "itching" issues and started using the Burts Bees Shampoo which was taking care of the itching; didn't try the conditioner for a while but really glad I finally ordered it. Cali Jo's coat just looks better using the conditioner. Her coat lays beautifully and there is no irritation at all. Easy to rinse clean and just gives her a fresh, clean smell.

We like it due to non irritable substance although the spray doesn't stop the itches on body but it helps over time and proper food intake of coconut oil helps alot compare to before usage of spray.

OMGosh! Very happy with this product. A little goes a LOOONG way. If you use as much as other conditioners you’ll be rinsing it out forever. Gentle scent. Puppy is so soft, fluffy and shiny.

Normal product, not 100% gave that effect which i expected.

People recommended this as a products that would help keep my Yorkie Matt free between groomings. I didn't really believe them. I'd tried several other conditioners and detaglers with disappointing results. So I was skeptical that a conditioner could actually make a difference. What a surprise when I used this the first time. Not only was her coat shinny and soft, but all the tiny mats that had formed on her chest and belly were gone. It won't prevent the large mats that form behind the ears, but all the small mats caused by harnesses and body movement are gone, or easily broken apart, after using this conditioner. I have no hesitation in recommending this conditioner to anyone wanting to improve their home pet care.
