Not the best kit on the market
I got this so my son could change out his battery. The kit comes with a razor sharp tool to remove the back of the phone, it's so sharp it sliced my hands up pretty badly. They should have a warning about that tool or put a handle on it to keep from injuring yourself while using it. It's not very effective the back of the phone ended up cracking and breaking because the removal tool is useless for that purpose however it's great for slicing into thick items like hands. It's probably made in China which would account for the poor workmanship.I don't recommend the kit it's dangerous the battery is the only item worth the money.

Battery drains quickly even after following all the charging instructions
Don't wast your money on this battery. I installed it and I can barely get through 12 hours of use without having to recharge. I followed all the instructions on recommended charging and cycles...not as advertised. I'm now purchasing a samsung battery off the Wallmart website to replace this one.Very disappointedJohn F

Difficult
May be user error on my part but I was unable to get the new battery working. I thought this would be an easy diy, and it wasn't at all. Trying to pry the back off is very hard and tricky to do. Lots of room for accidents.
