It was great, while it lasted!
It worked really good for about a month and a half and then would have to be in a particular position for the charge the battery! Most contemplating getting another one, but honestly I don't want to invest in one not being sure that it won't fail again after a short period!

Works well. Feels cheap and flimsy. does exactly what I need. Havnt broken so far. (I ordered a 2nd one, it didn’t work out of the box. I returned it and not willing to take another chance) good luck!

Failed after 2 mongths
I bought this in good faith, and it failed after 2 months. I cannot return the item only has a 30-day return window. I was hoping to have over 2 months of use, so disappointed.

Extremely faulty product!
After receiving I fully charged the portable case and attempted to charge the Juul device. The magnetic lid would barely close on the vaporizers to hold them down and the LED lights would not turn on or try to charge the several undamaged vaporizers. Nice concept but a complete waste of my time and money. I'm not one to easily complain. Now I must go through the return process which I'm sure this company is hoping its customers will not do.
