After weeks of faffing about and reading reviews i decided to finally purchase this mattress, I was still unsure as to whether it was the right decision, until I collapsed into it! All I can say is do it! You won't regret it! Best sleep I've had for years! I suffer with Osteoarthritis and have had 2 hip replacements so struggle sleeping 😴 this mattress is a game changer.It arrived vacuum packed in a box, it took two of us to get the box upstairs as it's quite heavy, once opened the vacuum packed mattress rolled out on the bed and with the cutting tool supplied the mattress inflated within seconds, I left mine to settle for 6 hours before getting in it, there was no smell and it was so easy, absolutely 100% recommend this purchase 👍

This Umi mattress is exactly as described - medium firm and very very comfortable. Took a couple of sleeps to get used to as it is firmer than my previous memory foam mattress but now I am sleeping like a baby.The mattress is very supportive without being hard and there are no dents when you move or turn over.Value for money is great for such a quality mattress. Other well known brands cost 3 or 4 times as much as this UMI one but having read reviews they are not rated so well by other buyers.I have a back problem and used to wake up in the morning feeling quite stiff but I have already noticed an improvement after less than a week using this mattress.Customer service was brilliant (Amazon delivery was awful - they left the mattress on the stair well in my building instead for bring it up a flight of stairs to my flat so I had to pay my neighbour's son to haul it up the stairs as no way could i do it myself).The mattress comes vacuum packed in a box so is very heavy, though much more manageable once open and inflated.Would highly recommend.

It is very comfortable but just a little softer than we expected. No problem, spare bed and a great price 🤘

I was suffering with lower back problems, until I used this mattress. After a few nights of using it, my back problems have eased.

The mattress was easy to unpack but follow the instructions carefully. We have been using it for two weeks now and find it very comfortable and hopefully this will continue. The pains I was getting in my hips and knees overnight are not so noticeable now and my wife has had similar results. After looking at various options before buying this one I would say it is good value for money.

It is really good matress not too hard not too soft.
