Not 12 watt
Only 2 out of 4 bulbs are changing color, and they're not very bright. The product listing says they're 12 watts, but my 7-watt and 9-watt bulbs are brighter. The box doesn't mention the wattage, and there's an issue with them.

Defective and extremely poor quality!
Very poor quality! Out of 4 received, initially 1 bulb was slightly loose from base and was not able to switch between the 3 different whiteness levels. Now after 2 weeks another bulb has also got stuck at a single white level and not able to cycle through the levels. Waste of money!
