These pillows are nice and soft. They do sink some when you lay your head down. Exactly what I wanted. I can’t sleep on a lofty pillow. They hold their shape. They also do feel cool for a few minutes when you first lay down. They lose their coolness after a while. But flip the pillow over and it feels cool again. Would definitely recommend if you don’t like a loftier pillow.

I love my pillows. They keep me cool at night. I think you need to change the description from firm to soft. I prefer the soft, but I needed a pillow to help keep me cool at nght. So, I was not disappointed in the least.

I ordered med to firm and it's flat! Can't even tell it's there. Can't imagine how soft one feels like.If you like it very flat this one is for you

These pillows are very thin, but they are also very soft and they do hold a chill well. As a woman over 50, I often wake up warm through the night. These pillows are a wonder! If the one I am using has absorbed too much body heat, I can flip it over or switch it out with my 2nd pillow. I don't like sleeping without them.

I specifically chose the “firm” option. This pillow is so flat and without support I can’t even try to sleep on it to see if has a cooling effect. I am utterly disappointed with this purchase. I really really wanted it to work!
