Does this charger work with anker's power banks using usb c to usb c cable for faster charging?

This wall charger is bloody brilliant. I charge anker powerbanks with it pretty fast (USB c to c), and eventually it all falls down to the device you charge. I can fast charge a Samsung and iPhone together at the same time. The price may seem a bit steep, but worth it

I am looking for a device to be able to run 2 x huawei mateview 27 inch monitors which both come with a usb-c 65w adaptor, i assume this would not?

Will this charger the same even with an EU adapter?

Yes, works in Europe and the US - I have charged a Lenovo laptop with it... the only issue I have is when an Apple Watch is getting charged it continually goes on and off charge when full which is not great on a night stand.
