I just took it for the 29th day in a row, came on here to order some more and figured I was ready to review it. I’ve been a lion’s mane believer for a few years now, having used Four Sigmatic’s Elixir drink on and off in that time. I get sustained concentration and focus benefits until late into the day with this supplement. Should mention I’m pairing this supplement with abstinence from alcohol, and that combination has led to the improvements I expected.

This is an amazing supplement. I have severe brain fog from chronic illness, and nothing works like this does. I noticed a significant improvement in clarity, focus and energy within a day. The Lion's Mane makes all the difference. My only cautions: do not take on an empty stomach - take as early in your day as possible - and take with lots of water. As others have reported, they can upset your stomach and "feel stuck" going down, otherwise. Any minor side effects I had were well worth it, though.

Has helped my wife and I sleep better. No morning grogginess.
