Easy install and the fit was good, no issues so far.In terms of the tint it doesn't get as dark that's the pictures suggest but it's still a good balance keeping safety in mind and not going too dark. I rode west against the sun and made it much more bearable while still retaining visibility, but definitely not as dark if I was just wearing a polarized shades.I have not yet installed the anti fog pinshield yet; will update the review after.

For the price, it's a nice shield, but it doesn't seal as well as the original. I'll buy more as it is still nice. and the price is right.

Great price for the quality. It's definitely worth it.The transition is seamless with the photochromic visor.Easy to install and works great with the Shoei RF1400.I've had this visor over 2 months now and doesn't disappoint.It's clear in the early mornings / overcast, but nice and dark when it is bright / sunny out.I also purchased the Soman universal anti-fog Film and that also does its job with the visor. No lense fogging!The film is installed with an adhesive but didn't bother me since this wasn't a Shoei brand visor.You can see that in the pic.Will look for Soman brand again when I purchase a different helmet.

this obviously will have fitment issues. its harder to clip onto the shoei rf1400 helmet. took me 3 to 4 tries. it doesnt close as tight so you have to make sure the button in middle clips. pinlock does fit. it just needs to be perfectly adjusted so it sits flush onto it. its orange color when looking out. i guess its okay.the real test is if this actually is shatter proof. i think ill test it maybe when i choose to pick up a genuine one. maybe make a video to show if these are really worth the $30 to $40 bucks saving.5/7/2023definitely has a lot of wind noise. oem one fits more snug and less wind noise.if you wear ear plugs, its not a deal breaker. the yellow visibility tint on this is really good after awhile. you get use to it. overall its 3 stars because if it doesn’t fit well its dangerous.

I have the deep smoke shield that I am matching to an RF-1400 helmet. From a performance perspective, I have two issues. First, the up and down movement of shield isn't as smooth as an OEM shield. It almost feels like the mechanism is going to break with continued use. The same applies for attaching and detaching the shield to the helmet. Second, when the shield was being hit with direct sunlight it seem to have a mild haze. No amount of cleaning resolved it (no pinlock attached), so this must be a result of the tinting processes. Also, when it is fully closed/latched, whistling air through the shield seems to be a bit more of nuisance, but that can be resolved with a quick push on the shield. On the plus side, the dark tint is perfect. I would have given it 3 stars just for the performance, but the price moves it up to 4. These shields are still a good choice if you are looking for a good low cost option.

I think it could have been a clear shield and mistakenly was labeled as a blue mirrored shield.It’s too bad. The quality of the shield looked great, just there was zero “blueish mirror” to it.It was a clear shield, I think.

Mサイズに取り付けましたが、純正品よりやや大きいようで、上部に若干のすき間(浮き)が見受けられました。また、サイズが合わないせいか開閉動作も固く扱いづらいです。走行はしていないため実際の使用感は不明ですが、雨水の侵入につながったら嫌なので返品させていただきました。
