Best Windows mouse for MAC on Bluetooth or over 2.4Ghz!
Peripheral Support 1. Navigate to the Apple Icon 2. Select System Preferences 3. Click on the Bluetooth icon 4. Turn off Bluetooth 5. Press both side buttons and the DPI button to ensure that the mouse is in "pairing mode" 6. Turn on Bluetooth 7. Search for Razer Atheris 8. Click on "Pair" in the Bluetooth menu to pair the device It turns out not reading the manual was my fatal flaw. I contacted Razer support and they guided me through how to pair a bluetooth Atheris on Mac. "press both side buttons and DPI button". Now the mouse is working flawlessly on the Mac. With high resolution monitors, high DPI mouse is important as you can navigate the real estate much faster and accurately with high DPI mouse. The combination of high DPI, Bluetooth and 2.4Ghz option along with ergonomics of Razer mouse, this mouse can not be beaten by any other mouse. Only caveat is 350 hour battery life on Alkaline Batteries and that means a lot of AAs in the landfill. But it still is best performance option in the market. The joy of using a Razer mouse on Bluetooth on Mac is very satisfying. I will leave my idiocy below for others who can relate to it. * It no longer skips when paired properly. Skipping on Mac was caused by improper pairing. === Mac, Bluetooth does not work. I have brand new 2016 Mac Pro. When I try to connect over Bluetooth, it gyrates between connect and not connect state and end up in not connected. I bought this specifically for its bluetooth capability for Mac so it is a useless device for me now. With 2 USB-C, 2.4Ghz doggle is useless. Mouse itself is an excellent mouse. It has good weight for my style. Not too light not too heavy. Most of the weight comes from 2xAA batteries which is positioned in sharp V shape. Important stuff. All buttons click with light pressure which is important to me as I click a lot. Scroll wheel also feels light and clicky which is fine with me. I do not like heavy feel the wheel in some fancy mouse as it ends up being a drag on my finger in long run. 2.4Ghz and Bluetooth combo allows a mouse sharing setup between your PC and MAC. Lousy PCs which still doesn't even have a decent Bluetooth driver can use 2.4Ghz and use Bluetooth on Mac. and you can switch between them with a flick of a button on the mouse itself. Good concept and feature set listed convinced me this would have been a perfect mouse for it. Either Razer botched bluetooth implementation or they intentionally made it not work so you will have to use more expensive mouse. If Bluetooth connection, somehow, gets fixed, I will give this a 4 star. Its limited battery life really means this mouse can not be a main mouse. An auxiliary mouse does not deserve 5 star. Update : It skips on Mac. Utterly useless on Mac.

Solid, No-Nonsense Mouse That Gets the Job Done
I’ve been using the Razer Aetheris Bluetooth Mouse for a couple of weeks now, and I have to say it’s been a pretty smooth experience. What drew me to it initially was the compact design — it’s sleek, portable, and fits nicely in my hand without feeling too cramped or too flimsy. It’s lightweight enough to toss in my bag for travel but still has a bit of heft that makes it feel solid. The Bluetooth connectivity has been reliable so far. I didn’t run into any pairing issues, and it reconnects quickly every time I boot up my laptop. The battery life has also been impressive — I’ve been using it almost daily, and I haven’t had to swap out the batteries yet. I also like that it supports both Bluetooth and a wireless USB dongle, so I have options depending on what I’m working with. In terms of performance, it’s responsive and tracks well on most surfaces. It’s not a gaming mouse, obviously, so you won’t find crazy DPI options or extra buttons, but for everyday use — web browsing, work, and light editing — it does exactly what I need it to do. Overall, I’d recommend it to anyone looking for a simple, dependable wireless mouse with a clean look and no unnecessary frills.

Great mouse, but only for certain use cases (like travel)
I've had it for about six months at this point. Here's my thoughts. This mouse sucks at being a daily driver that never leaves your desk, even if you don't game with it. It's small even for my hands (women's medium glove size) and too flat to use a palm grip with. The mouse is also really heavy for it's size, since it uses 2 AA batteries. Latency is surprisingly low when using the wireless adapter, but you can get much better wireless performance if you're willing to spend an extra $20. Also a lot of reviews mentioned the dongle falling apart, but I've never had any issues so it's probably a quality control thing. However, most of these flaws make it a fantastic travel mouse. The second battery means that I haven't changed the batteries since I got it, using both bluetooth and dongle connection for maybe 5 hours a week for six months. The size makes it perfect to just permanently leave in my bag to use whenever I leave the house. The weight to size ratio is manageable but it's a worthy trade for never thinking about my batteries. The sensor works on most surfaces I've tried it on including those weird rough plastic camping tables. The style is understated enough to where I can use it at work too. It feels well built and has survived being jostled in a backpack for months with no issues. Other things I noticed: - the scroll wheel was really stiff when I got it but it's since broken in and feels fine now - same with the mouse clicks, but to a lesser degree - I adore the little magnets that hold the lid in place to access the batteries and dongle - never had any issues with double clicking or any other accuracy issues that I've noticed - gaming is, well, just okay. It's fine for anything that doesn't require fast movement but there's just a little bit of noticeable latency when using the dongle compared to a better mouse. Don't even try gaming with this on bluetooth. You can get used to it but it's worth it to get a wired mouse or a slightly more expensive wireless mouse over this. - the ambidextrous design is a nice bonus for me since I do use my mice on different sides depending on my mood (I'm a monster I know), but the back/forward keys are only on one side, so it's not truly ambidextrous - having both bluetooth and a dongle is super convenient because it means I can use a dongle whenever I want to play any games, but I can use the bluetooth if I'm just sitting at a coffee shop or in class. - it auto-prompts installing razer synapse when you connect it to a windows pc with the dongle for the first time. I don't mind it but forcing the whole software on us is objectively not great Would I recommend this? As your main mouse, nope stay far far away. As a travel mouse, it's one of the best one's you can find under $50 and is a huge upgrade from anything in the $10-20 range.

This mouse is a jack of all trades great for use on a desktop or laptop. It has programmable buttons through razer synapse software, it has an adjustable dpi value to increase or reduce sensitivity depending on what you're used to and a few other features you only find in bigger gaming mice in a small footprint. feels good in hand slides well on most smooth surfaces. easy to switch between bluetooth and 2.4ghz with the switch on the underside. The only thing i will say is if youre looking for a super high dpi value or have a big hand i would suggest seeing what other options fit you best as it is small but overall a great mouse.
