Brabantia Step Trash Can with Plastic Inner Bucket, Almond, 7 Gallon

I originally ordered this and it came in very dented and the top of the trash can was broken off, but I was shipped a new one immediately. It arrived within a few days! I have no problems with my new one, it’s very aesthetically pleasing and extremely functional! It holds a ton of trash! Very happy with my purchase!

I debated and compared over trash cans for hours - I settled on this one but didn't realize my purchase supported the Ocean Cleanup project!! When I opened my box to see all the packaging and flyer stating so, I was excited - but I would've made up my mind sooner if it was highlighted more on the product page! Now I see it is just written very small in the description...Will post photos later. It is narrow, so it fills up a bit faster than my other one did. But I like not letting the garbage build up so much - as soon as there's excess food or gunk thrown in there it should be taken out shortly anyways.The bags it came with were super cute.Regular bags work fine, but I'm considering ordering the model-specific ones just cuz I like them that much & like the bag to fit perfectly.Beautiful bin.I ordered the almond color.

I'm in love with the design and color of this trashcan. I really like that the inside can is removable for cleaning. I like that I can line the can with a trashbag in a way that the trashbag stays inside! Exactly what I was looking for. A nice, quiet lid. Hands-free opening and closing. Keeps smell in for days!!

Lid broke in 2 weeks. After wrestling with it for 20 minutes, was able to put it back together. Four days later it broke again, and this time it took more than 30 minutes of fighting with it. The third time it broke, still within a month of purchase, after 30 more minutes I decided my time was too valuable to spend on the floor, wrestling with a trashcan every 3 days. It's too bad, it looks nice. And there's no rocket science here -- it would have been pretty easy for them to add $1 more of cost to make the can more robust, but the manufacturer chose to pocket that dollar, and now I have wasted $75, and this thing sits in a landfill for the next 1,000 years or so.

Everything about it was perfect, except it arrived with a dent in the lid. You can only see if from a certain angle, though. Its a beautiful color, though, and everything works perfectly-- it's easy to change the trash bag and the little step thing opens it great. It's easy to wipe spills off as well.

I wanted a vintage looking large kitchen trash can and this fit the bill. I was worried it would arrive dented, but it was perfect! The bags are easy to change. I haven't had any issue with the full bags getting stuck in the can. The lid closes cleanly and without making a loud clanking noise, and the can hides the bag beautifully. Tossing in heavy objects did not make the corners of the bag pull out from the retaining ring, which was a welcomed surprise. I also like that the plastic bucket inside the can comes out for easy cleaning. Ordering bags is easy because the size is printed on the inside of the can's lid.

Pricey, but well made and looks great. Haven't yet checked if other brands of liners are compatible, sounds as if only the company's custom bags will properly the bucket.

The reviews for this bin were fairly good, but it is expensive. It seems to be a well-designed and well-manufactured bin. Have had problems before with the springs on the touch-and-release lids of other bins failing. The potential weak point on all of them is the lid-opening mechanism. If the pedal-lifting mechanism on this one breaks I will try to remember to update the review. But it seems robust so far. The bin size is about right, and it does take standard-sized draw-string bags.

The garbage itself is awesome ... but it came dented already :( for a 100$, I would've liked it new.

ho comprato la pattumiera barbantia 30l colore almond nel periodo natalizio e nonostante tutto è arrivata prima del previsto nella sua confezione originale e senza ammaccature. Funziona benissimo si apre con molta semplicità basta pigiare il pedale e si richiude lentamente basta levare il piede dal pedale. Non sbatte contro il muro io l'ho collocata vicino ad un gran frigorifero dello stesso colore. Arriva con tre sacchetti che sono facilmente reperibili in ogni super mercato
