This thing works great! It has a light built-in, and a few different intensity settings, but I've only ever needed the lowest setting, and it does a great job. It also has a feature that stops it if it touches your gum to prevent injury. I also have a dental mirror with a LED light built-in that I use in combination with this, and it literally gets all my tartar, unlike my last two cleanings at two different dentists. The needle they stick into your gums at the dentist office for a cleaning is always super painful, but with this, I've never felt any pain. All I ever need at the dentist office is a cleaning (and from what I can tell they use a device that is very similar to this ), so honestly I don't think I'm ever going back to the dentist again, unless I have a real issue that needs fixed. I recently bought this oral cleanser and have had it for more than a week now before making this review. I noticed that my teeth was getting plaque (which is normal for anyone) and I wanted to do something about it. Of course visitng your dentist is something that everyone should do but plaque builds up around our teeth regularly and we need to do what we can to keep our teeth clean and healthy. Going to the dentist every time I noticed a little plaque behind or between my teeth would just add up to way too many dental appointments. I then decided to give this product a try and I was quite surprised how effective it can be. After some practice with this device, I felt like a dentist in training as I got better at removing plaque from my own teeth. I dont discourage you from visiting a dentist but this device does help me care for my own teeth better than just relying on flossing, brushing and mouthwash on a regular basis. The kit comes with plenty of tools to get inbetween teeth as well as behind. I liked the addition of a mirror to look behind my teeth as I looked in the mirror. I noticed my teeth were cleaner already. This little electronic device has multiple modes to be gentle with your teeth or for rougher scrapping if you prefer. The oral cleanser is rechargeable so it is great for travel. Of course for other locations in your mouth, the kit comes with other tools to be more accurate and gentle as they are not battery powered. After opening the box, I inspected the items. Everything has no physical damage. However, after charging the main unit, it has power, it turns on, but it did not work. ZERO vibration.

never thought to use something like this before for oral hygiene , but over time i noticed that i began to build up plaque in my back molars , so i thought id try this at home device. i had seen it before on youtube and it seemed a bit scary but i tried anyways . over all it did the job, i was glad that it came with scrappers because after a some use my teeth felt a little wired , and the scrappers were perfect for finishing up the rest of the clean up. overall id reccomend but id also say use the included scrapers first if you dont have alot of build up.

Super strong vibration but confusing to use. I have very sensitive teeth and wanted to know how strong it was before using it. There were no directions but I found out that it has to touch a hard surface to start. Because I couldn’t tell how strong it was I gave it away.
