Magnets are weak, but good quality pads.
Pads seem good quality with good grip options.Retention magnets are weak though, slight bump and they fall off the jaws.

Flawed but useable
Unfortunately, the magnets are in the exact spot as the screws on the vise face so they don’t hold ver well because the screw head is countersunk slightly. Put the magnets toward the ends and you’ll have a great product

Honest Review : Great for mini vises
Honest Review : Great for mini visesI purchased 4 different jaw pads to test. Plastic to metal. All were very similar. They give multiple ways to hold part secure with damage. Since all pads were similar using same review for all. Good quality and durable.

Great Accessories
Great accessory for using you vice to not marr the surfaces of what you are working on. The magnets are just right for holding them on or taking them off quickly.

Weak Magnets - constantly falling off
Nice protectors but the magnets are weak to a point where EVERY time you try and put something in the vise or take it out, the stupid guards pop off and fall on the floor. Sometimes more trouble than they are worth!

Perfect for Protecting Your Workpiece
Though one magnet had to be re-glued, after that the jaw pads stayed attached to the vise with no problems. The item clamped in the vise had to be torqued to a high value but the pads didn't slip off and there was no damage to the workpiece.
