Wolverine Men's Moc Toe 6" Construction Boot, Russet, 8 Wide

I walk approximately 10 miles at work every day and have had them for a bit over a year now and these boots hold up extremely well and comfort wise is by far the most comfortable pair of boots I have owned, my feet don't hurt they amazing to walk in, my new favorite and just purchased another pair and no need to be broken in is one of the best features on these boots.

Possibly because my feet are not the standard size, possibly because these boots have a different shape, but I had a terrible time wearing these. My heel got chafed like heck and so did the outside of my big toe. Hence, I found these terrible for walking. But really great for standing! I spend 12 hours pretty much standing in front of a press and my feet felt great. But the moment I start walking, the rubbing starts, and it's not good. Very nice otherwise, good construction, no loose threads, good laces. I will donate these, hopefully, someone will enjoy them. Back to Caterpillar boots...

What happened to this brand? I have been using wolverines for the past 4 years . It looks like they changed the country where they make them and something has gone wrong. The treads on the bottom of the boots don’t wear out like they used to they break in two spots. One right where the toes are at and a second towards the back. This did not happen to the older ones. But did happen to 2 pairs of the newer ones made in Guatemala.

This model was my go-to work boot for several years. At this price they were a good value. It seems that Wolverine made some very noticeable changes in this model to cut costs. After a real try to break them in I have given up on them. The comfort and feel that made this a nice value is no longer there.

Great pair of boots. Starting to become a big fan of these Moc type boots. They do run a little big as I normally wear a 9.5 or 10 size shoe so I ordered the 9 as recommended by other reviewers. Super comfortable and stylish looking with a pair of jeans or khaki cargo pants. Insole is softer than most basketball and running shoes that I have. Worth a buy if you work on your feet long hours but don't know how the sole would hold up doing construction, ditch digging, or other grueling jobs like that. Great for me though!

These were made well but ordered a size 10 that i nomally weare but these were at least one size too big

These boots are way better than I had expected. I've had $200 Redwings and Timberlands and after wearing these for 2 days I am much happier than I ever was with the others. How long they last is yet to be seen but right off the bat they're very comfortable and light. I ordered brown and they're more of a orangish brown than I'd like but I can live with that. I'll write an update after a couple months and see where the boots are at then but first impression is that for the price, they can't be beat. Note: I wear a 10 shoe and I ordered the 10 boot, 9.5 might have been a perfect fit but the 10 feels really good so I'd say they might run a tad large but not a full size no way. I guess everyone has a preference in how they like boots to fit. These are great boots, oil them up and you're good to go.

First off I must say that I have been wearing Wolverine boots for the last 10 years. I have always enjoyed the excellent comfort and durability. So far these boots have not failed to meet my expectations. These boots are pretty comfortable right out of the box and need very little break in. They do run about 1/2 size large compared to the other Wolverines that I have owned, but I had read reviews and I ordered them a half size smaller than normal. They fit perfectly. After one day of wearing them they feel great on my feet. I am a carpenter that is standing for the most part of 8 hours a day. These boots keep them comfortable all day. The only thing that I did not like about the boots was the insoles. They are a bit thin, and don’t support my high arches very well. I am sure they would be good for someone without high arches. I did have to send one pair back to Amazon because one of the boots was bigger than the other, but the customer service is second to none. They had the new pair on my doorstep in two days and free shipping for the pair I returned. I think that these boots will be very durable, and they should have a great service life. The build quality is great. The soles are also awesome for construction. They grip well on many surfaces and are easy to clean to keep from tracking dirt in houses. I highly recommend these boots along with other Wolverines, and I recommend buying them from Amazon.

my feet are in pain every day because of these boots. unfortunately, i will need to replace them before they are worn out. wolverine was once a great boot but not anymore.

I uasually wear a 9.5 so I ordered the 10 like a dummy. They run true to size so mine fit a little too big. That was my error.
