I like the fabric, it’s comfortable, drys fast, washes well. Seems like good quality. Ordered more. Fits per chart but I ordered a size smaller on my next orders for a little more compression.

I wear this when I have back pain and it helps to releave this pain when I'm working. I wear under my work shirt and it's not noticeable at all. Material is lightweight and a a slight cooling feeling on hot days. It functions better for my back than my belt

Not sure if the pain relief is a thing, but it helps keep everything in place under it. It helps me make sure I am making a conscience effort to sitting up straight and it is holding in everything under tighter shirts as well. This was the best price I found, and if anything its a great tank for working out or under my work clothes. Just not convinced it has helped with back pain.

This tank top is very nice. Fits well and one feels very cozy in it. If you enjoy winter activities this would be a great addition to wear when outside. Feels like silk when on, still determining if it really does easy any back pain I may have.
