1) it didnt work. I found real instructions and followed the video and this didnt function it would never go into record mode because of ultra low quality design, parts and manufacturing it was defective 2) the reset button doesnt do anything and there is no real button so no way to know if you pushed it or just stabbed everything inside, so resetting it didnt fix any problems - and probably made it worse 3) the instructions are, literally, the worst operating instrucitons Ive ever seen in my life. This is the stupidest translation ever (its almost worth buying one for the comedy value of the instructions)

You really get what you pay for, the sound and video are -ok-. The battery life is a bit short and self- discharge is high (it will go dead fairly quick even without use).

I have 2 of the SQ10s, and was impressed with the features at that price. I have gotten good 720p and 1080p videos, often just using double stick tape (I am not crazy about the clip, its loose). I have no problems with it, but do agree the manual needs improvement. I went to youtube and found some great videos that explained everything look under SQ10 or SQ11 and you will know how to use this product. It is exactly as described and a great value. I recommend this item. I do wish there was a way to know the amount of battery charge, and a longer life battery would be great (I get about 1 hour use).

Ordered two, first got very hot while charging and now will not turn on or work. 2nd had a memory card issue, while putting it in it fell "into" the cube and is now lost! Both of these were not what I thought they would be after a long wait!!! People do not buy these, they are very cheap and will not last at all, very disappointed in these.

I charged the camera according to the instructions but when I turned it on it immediately shut off. Tried several times with the same results. Sent it back and ordered another one from a different mfg. and it worked fine.

Do not buy this P.O.S. the directions were recited by someone who clearly doesn't speak fluent English. The directions on how to use this thing are worthless. They are in massively broken English and useless. I threw everything in the trash. Run fast Run far......

The camera is obviously crap, its a clone of another camera used on drones. And weirdly my Dad randomly recieved one in the mail with a bill for 92$ which is pretty hilarious considering i see them for around 12$ everywhere i've searched. No idea if this vendor has anything to do with my Dad receiving it with that bill in the mail but it should give you an idea of the type of product it is. Someone is probably getting crates of these things for 20cents each and just sending them out hoping to scare the elderly into paying the bill received with it. If you see whats actually inside it you'll agree how cheap they are. I've seen some youtube reviews and the video doesnt even look like 1080p. Which by the way was the first and therefore lowest resolution thats been described as "high definition". Amazon should try to avoid these types of products priced to cheap to be worth returning. That seems to be the point, they get your 12 or 15 bucks knowing its not worth the effort and cost of returning. Amazon will refund you the full amount under certain conditions without you having to return whatever cheap product you ended up with. But i dont know what conditions those are and how they affect your standing as an Amazon customer. I do know they'll close your customer account if you buy and return to many things. Again i dont know how many is to many but it is something that happens. Just avoid this crap,you really do get what you pay for when it comes to electronics and definitely cameras. Really that pretty much applies to everything.
