Perfect does what it should

I recently purchased my second vacuum-sealed glass food container and pump. I couldn’t be more pleased. The build quality is excellent, with durable glass and a secure vacuum seal that keeps food fresher for much longer than standard containers. One of the standout features is the QR code system, which allows you to log the storage date via an app on your phone. It’s incredibly convenient for tracking leftovers and meal prep, ensuring nothing goes to waste. The vacuum seal is strong, easy to use, and provides peace of mind that food is stored in optimal conditions. Whether for fresh ingredients, leftovers, or meal preps, this container does the job perfectly. Since this is my second purchase, I can confidently say it’s a product worth investing in. Highly recommended.

It’s quite expensive but it works. I like it because you can purchase glass containers instead of plastic for vacuum storage.

Our freezer is currently full to the gunnels, which means that if I make a batch of soup, (for example) there is a good chance that it could get a bit fizzy before I consume the last of it. So a Zwilling vacuum container seemed a good idea, which it indeed turned out to be. However, it was necessary to buy this vacuum pump as well, so I bit the bullet and got one. The pump is fairly easy to use, but requires gentle pressure to seal onto the vacuum container. When it has generated the required vacuum, it turns off which is good. The price is a little steep, but I suppose that it can be used on any number of Zwilling containers, and it certainly seems to be a quality product.

I only received the ZWILLING FRESH & SAVE La Mer vacuum pump yesterday, so I've only been using it for two days. That said, my first impressions are excellent—it works exactly as expected. At the moment, I only own the stainless steel bowl set, which I also highly recommend. The bowls are very well made, feel premium, and pair perfectly with this vacuum pump. The main reason I wanted to leave this early review is to point out one important detail that I think could influence someone's purchasing decision. The product photos show the pump with a Micro-USB charging port and cable, but the unit I received actually has USB-C charging. Everything else matches the photos exactly. It was a pleasant surprise and makes charging much more convenient, since USB-C has become the standard for most devices. If you were hesitant because the listing shows Micro-USB, it looks like the current version has been updated to USB-C.
