Pelican 12-Can Elite Soft Cooler

So far, so good. I wanted something to take to go but not incredibly bulky. This cooler fits that bill. It holds ice well, it fits 12 can beers without being bulky, it will carry standard wine bottles horizontally, bottled beer upright, canned beverages will go upright then horizontally above them (if that makes sense at all). Ice life/duration will vary depending on the size of the cubes, but is better than most - I'll update after summer starts.

Ok I never write reviews I am always on the go I work as a high voltage testing technician I never know what my day brings 8 hours or 24 hour killer shiftsThat said I need a cooler that will hold my lunch water snacks and some meds cold all day long and this cooler ROCKS I did 13 hour shift and my water ICE cold leftovers perfect snickers bar was like ice creamThe only con is it is a little small on the inside of a every need a new I will get next size up and it is made in the U.S.A.

This is a great little cooler. It keeps ice cold for days and hasn’t been any trouble to use or keep clean. Zipper is very stiff but also air tight so it goes with the territory.

One star subtracted for the difficult zipper and non plug type lid (The the zipper area has about a two inch gap from lid to body that will no doubt decrease insulating properties), and another star for the fact that this cooler is manufactured in China! I should take two stars off for that, especially with the deceptive packaging stating “designed inUSA”. Shame on you PelicanAnd I don’t see need for the buckles at all

Bought this to fit in my motorcycle pannier without using all the space. Works well and has enough room in the remainder for a laptop and misc. sundries. Cooler is well-built, but ice retention is not as great as advertised, at least traveling inside the pannier - maybe 24h. Zipper is stiff like good waterproof cooler zippers will be. Wish it had a top handle; only lift point is the shoulder strap. Works for my purpose and a little cheaper than the Yeti.

Ice melts with within several hours. I do not recommend this product.

Good unit. Seems durable and well made as with all pelican products
