Installs easily to the helmet. Pin lock installed fairly easily. Quick to transition light to dark. Great for the money.

Purchased this for my shoei rf1400, i have road about 6800 miles with it and it workes well. Adjusts nicely and quickly, and the tint is adequately dark most of the time. The exception is when riding into the sun it could be alittle darker, but its still much better than a standard clear lense. Then when the lense is clear its not perfectly clear; It still has a very slight shade to it. You can still see enough to safely ride at night with a good headlight but its noticable. Lastly it does scratch kinda easy when things like small stones hit it. Ultimately a good lense for the price. Fit and functions well. I would buy it again.

Here is my Pro/Con listPros:- Gets darker than expected- Visibility good at night- Available- Not prohibitively expensive (comparatively)Cons:Fit is a little tight. Doesn't quite lock when visor is down.Pinlock pins not lined up properly, appears to be off by millimeters (pinlock shield doesn't quite fit)Overall, I'm satisfied with this purchase as I do not have to carry an extra shield. I haven't tried to manually adjust for precise fitment, but currently works well enough (even the Pinlock insert works enough).

Very good quality. Very strong plastic. Excellent clarity. Fits perfectly and easily. Seller is excellent to deal with. Very customer service friendly. Highly recommend.

color is as expected though I certainly wouldn't call it gold by any means. looks oem enough. pinlock fitment wasnt great, seemed just slightly too tight. i was able to get it installed, but it was much more difficult than my actual shoei visors. the fitment on the helmet is also tighter than the proper visors, and getting it to unlatch now takes two hands instead of one. not sure if ill keep this on the helmet. I would say you're better off buying a legitimate visor but the stock is so low that it's not a practical solution.

Works fine, looks pretty durable and thick. I had no problems installing my pinlock. I did not have a problem fitting perfectly with no issues. I did not find the video on how to install it either. It's so dark that driving at night with it down could be dangerous.It also fits on the seal perfectly. Had no issues. Fits just like OEM.This thing is definitely too dark. Even in moderate brightness its so dark. I have to ride with the visor up.

Pinlock insert doesn’t fit, visor has a bad seal around the helmet gasket, clicking the visor closed takes lots of effort, and pressing the button and lifting the visor now requires 2 hands.This visor gets 1 star added because the transition part does work — the visor is completely clear until it gets hit by sunlight. $80 coating on a $10 visor.Overall would not recommend for your $600-$700 helmet.

Purchased for my rf1400 helmet. Fits well, no issues with installing. A little tight when lifting and closing the shield, but overall, really no complaints.
