As Good As A 5k Gibson ? No! Surprised How Good It Is For Less Than 199$ On Sale? YES !
I Decided To Get This And A few Other Guitars On Sale For Less Than 100$ Each. To Experiment With Different Parts For Better Sustain/Tone. This was Ready When I Got It To Be A Decent Budget Cross Between A Gibson Les Paul Standard And Special. Made Of Mahogany !The Tuners Pickup And Bridge Are Good For The Price I Paid. When Upgraded I Think I Would Rate This Better Than 5 Star As Is I Was Surprised By Overall Setup And Quality. When I Adjusted The Strings Action Very Low I Found No Buzzin Frets. Lightweight At Closer to 6 lbs ( Some Les Pauls Are Nearer To 12lbs ) So Easy On The Back Of A Getting Older Geezer Such As Myself

Guitar amp chord can't be removed from guitar jack without damaging assembly.The black guitar with light/gold trim is beautiful and appears stylish and well-integrated. However, the placement of the jack on the guitar right at the point it would rest on something (assuming your not standing up), is a very poor design, putting unnecessary stress on the guitar and the guitarist. I'm not sure this contributes to the overwhelming failure of not being able to remove the chord once it is plugged into the guitar. I finally decided to pull it out with sufficient force to actually get it out, and three cheap washers fell out where the plug plugs into the jack, with the assembling falling far into the hole, and refusing to be budged outward.I think it's ridiculous to have to take a brand new guitar it into a guitar shop because it fails a basic and essential quality control function.
