I bought the Spirograph for my 4 year old granddaughter for Christmas. She took to it immediately and is fascinated by the colours of intricate designs which she creates. Spirograph continues to entertain generation after generation of children. This version for younger children with its large discs is ideal for them. A great buy!

Our 7 year old really enjoys using this. We bought this one as she was trying to use the older ones' "proper" set but couldn't quite get the motion right. Now using this one she can still join in with the spirograph and it's easier as she's pretty self-contained with it. We found just halving pieces of A4 works well for replacement paper. Now that she's learned how it works she can use the other sets but will still generally prefer to use this one.

My little girl loves this set! The travel case makes it so easy to take with us, and the size is just right for popping into a bag for holidays or visits to grandparents. She can sit and create patterns independently, which keeps her busy and happy. A lovely mix of creativity, learning, and portable play!

These are brilliant, so remember having one as a child. My grandson was over the moon and started creating immediately. Great value for money.

my grandson is 6 years old and found some of the other cheaper spirographs did not come easy to him, this one although probably marketed for younger children suited him much better and he can master it quite easily, for the price its well made and the grooves are much better defined than in some of the others Ive tried which tend to be so small the rings bounce off, he loves drawing with this and Im sure it will last a lot longer too. definitely recommend

I inadvertently gave a more advanced Spirograph to my 5 year old grandson, and it did not have the frame to mover the gears around. This one is great! The frame makes it so easy to keep the gears engaged, thus making a prettier design. He really enjoys it at home and while on road trips! Great value!
