It’s really nice , nonstick you don’t need to add oil . Just make sure to use wooden spoons (on all nonstick) to ensure they don’t scratch and become unsafe. The lid handles get hot but not too hot so you can touch but the lid itself gets hot so be careful .Update after few years.: eventually scratches like all other pots . Pay a bit more get a good quality permanent pot

Ceremic cookware is the way to go.
I bought this pot for making rice specifically. Rice tends to stick when cooked, but this pot was amazing for cooking it without one grain sticking. A ceramic pot is the way to go; I have yet to cook other food with it.
