Mix a packet with about one half cup of plain Greek yogurt or to your taste preference and it becomes an incredibly delicious and rich dessert that’s beyond healthy for you!! It tastes like a rich chocolate mousse that’s packed full of 13 grams of Protein, 3 times the amount of Vitamin D in a cup of skim milk and 3 times the Calcium too ( that’s not including what you get from the Greek yogurt) which makes it a powerhouse for energy and/or weight loss and if I’m not careful with how often I partake of this “treat” it might even help with gaining weight making it a healthier choice for any Elderly individual having trouble keeping their weight up. Carnation also packed in 21 vitamins and minerals in every single envelope. My Son loves it in his milk for a healthy addition to breakfast or any time he wants something that packs some flavor without piling on the sugar. It also makes a wonderful malt or shake and can serve as a meal replacement if desired. Between the two of us we’ve gone through 10 boxes so far. If you’re on the fence about it, give it a try! I’m gonna try using it as a chocolate pie (with the plain Greek yogurt) and see how well it goes over with the extended family. We’ve only tried the Rich Milk Chocolate version so far.

I love this stuff. I’ve been drinking it for 20 years. I use Fairlife milk (it has lots of protein), mix this in, microwave it, and that’s a nice filling breakfast shake. If you are on a GLP-1, warm, non-solid foods can sometimes be the only thing that sounds appealing, and this is amazing for that, too. Pro tip: I pack these when I travel, so I always have a quick easy breakfast option to satisfy me

These taste amazing and this size is an excellent value. These were the perfect solution to my morning sickness. Plenty of protein to curb the morning (and afternoon) nausea. They blend super fast to get going quick in the morning, and they have zero aftertaste like many other protein powders/shakes I have tried. They're pretty creamy with milk, and not too bad with water. My pregnancy symptoms improved so much after I started drinking these everyday!

I used this to mix with whey or plant protein powder & cows milk or almond milk on workout days and post workout days for tge added vitamins and minerals. Taste great

Definitely great especially when you are on a protein diet it tastes great and it is packed with all the protein calories vitamins you need the serving size is wonderful I drink this every morning for breakfast and we'll be purchasing more as soon as I finish it and I would definitely recommend to others

my go to is to mix it in with my coffee (hot or cold) or mix it with milk. Easily dissolves and doesn’t have a weird taste like some proteins. A great way to easily up the protein intake. Worth the price.
