Toss & Shake Dog Toy, Dog Toy for Tug or Fetch by Petstages

This dog toy is one of the new favorites in our house! We have many different Petstages toys and they are all a hit. Our youngest yorkie is toy crazy and the size is great for small dogs. With this one, he loves to carry it around and shake it like a madman. This is another purchase that I sure don't regret.

This is a great item for puppies. I have a Australian Shepherd puppy and she has an insatiable chewing habit as does most puppies. She has 22 different toys most that incourage her need to chew. When I placed this toy with the rest she immediately went for it and within a couple minutes had one of the hanging pieces chewed off. But isn't that why we get them toys? If she didn't like it it would still be in one piece and ignored. The rest of it is still intact but she is still playing with it. I recommend this toy for any puppy. But you should always watch your puppy at play because like mine they will eventually chew pieces loose.

This toy was fun for a couple of days, but is very easily destroyed. My puppy is a 4 pound yorkie and was able to pull off the balls after just 10 minutes of play today. I heard him coughing and had to pull one of the balls out of his mouth. Straight to the trash for this one.

My pup loves this thing. The placement of the filled balls along one side is great -- with the ring in his mouth he shakes the flapping balls and seems to find this hilarious. The toy is extremely sturdy: I can hold any part of it and my pup will yank with all his might and nothing tears or breaks off. Stands up to my madly wild 5-month old's toughest play, and he loves it so much he hides it under the pillow in his bed.

I purchased another toy from this company just before I got my dog and it became her favorite as soon as it arrived. So many other toys were too heavy or easily chewed by teething puppy. She loves to retrieve balls but has bitten some and they are not together any more- this toy is great for retrieval, playing alone or learning to drop the toy to be thrown and still looks new. My puppy and I love this one!!

This is an awesome toy. Extremely durable. This was the very first toy we gave our corgi puppy. We took it with us when we picked him up from the breeder. 5 months later, it's got a couple tears in it, but it's still intact. He is not gentle with his toys, and plays tug of war with this one, and it's outlasted so many of the other toys we've bought for him. I highly recommend this.

this is the second of two "petstages' toys ordered at the same time - it is TINY TINY TINY - in no way would it be safe for a bigger dog the pom-poms can be chewed off and choked on by a slightly larger dog - I only purchased them because the reviews really made it sound like they were VERY well made, they are NOT! The inner ring of this toy is not made of the same material as the outer portion. That being said, the small tiny clicker filled balls on the end pose a choking hazard for any dog that is bigger than a toy sized dogI DO NOT BELIEVE THAT THESE TOYS ARE SAFE FOR NON TOY BREEDS! -- CHOKING HAZARD IS REAL!

I have a 4 month old puppy and she destroyed this in less than 3 minutes!! I felt it was a complete waste of money and was very disappointed . I gave bought lots of puppy toys in the last couple of months and I have to say this was the worst!

This might be ok for one puppy on its own but with half a dozen? ...... they had it in bits in half an hour!!!!
