I love the foam cradle! It is high density closed cell foam so it does not break or tear easily. Their visual I.D. storage system is pretty cool and comes in handy when you aren't sure what pocket you put your tape or tools in (assuming you store those items accordingly.) When fully loaded it is a bear to lug around but for quick walks from the car to the range is a piece of cake. There is ample padding in the shoulder straps and is actually comfortable to wear since it sits higher on your back. I am a fan of this bag.

Good all around range bag for a day of USPSA or Steel Challenge. Carries everything I need for competition shooting as well as spare parts, food and drink. I carry 2 firearms. The forms for the lower compartment are totally useless with the bag but work as a home based accessory. I mounted the backpack on a Double Alpha rolling range cart. I carry 2 guns, spare ammo and a dump bag in the lower compartment. Mags, ammo and ears in the upper compartment. Side compartments hold spare parts, tools and other “stuff”.Took off 1 star for lack of molle and another star for poorly designed mag holders.I also own a DAA medium range bag and rolling cart in my other home. If I had it to do over, I would probably have bought the Double Alpha medium size range bag (which I may still do). The DAA bag has a bigger opening for the top compartment which I prefer.

My other pistol bag has a shoulder strap to keep my hands free, but it's not big enough to hold everything I like to have at the range. This bag holds 4 pistols, 3 loaded 10rd mags for each, ear muffs, eye protection, ear plugs, my rolled up cleaning mat, cleaning supplies & 250 extra rounds. This is a well-built master bag you can load onto your back. Rugged. Roomy. Really nice.

Fantastic choice if you want an all in one way to carry your firearms back and forth to the range. Get material, durable straps and handle. Sooo much space for extras and it looks pretty sharp too. Would highly recommend this bag.

This is a great way to organize all the things you need for the range. I took the pistol holder out to store other stuff and the bag is still very sturdy. Highly recommend

Since purchase, I have had multiple admiring comments from people at the range -- while it won't carry everything you may think you need, it is amazing what it does.
