love this product
I have had this mop for years. But after time things do wear out like 20 years. I have replaced the mops a couple times but this time I needed the whole thing. I bought the 10 inch head by mistake but I love it. So light and I can get into all the small places. I was going to return it but after trying it I am going to keep it. I talked to their order man Dan what a nice person. I didn't realize they had so many products until I went to their web site. I ordered the mop that I needed plus some different mop heads then I got a car wash mitt for my husband he loves it. When I went to reorder the right mop for the larger places I also got some sponges, and a small dust brush for my nick nacks it is a great web site and they are really nice people. Thanks Sherry

Wonder mop!
I wanted a smaller mop that was easy to clean up, could get into and around corners, with a swivel head. I would have been happy with this if it had just come with the one nubbly mop pad, but it came with three other pads--one for every circumstance. The pads are butt-simple to remove, clean, and put back on. I absolutely love this mop. It was more than I was looking for!

Did like this mop......at first. After a month, forget it! Mop head does not stay put, swivels uncontrollable which you cannot adjust. In first review was satisfied until used mop for a month as mentioned above. The mop handle swivels up and down, up and down, so irritating! You cannot adjust it. Also when mopping or waxing, washing your floor another irritation: the mop head flips uncontrollable, can't clean with ease at all. The only decent aspect is the mop pads can be washed in washer. Waste of money, and my opinion: stick with the usual string cloth mop of a good quality, they are the best ever made and clean much better with the ease it should be. There are claims these cloth mops are not sanitary, well cleaning with soap and water then dumped in bleach takes care of the so called bacteria, and good idea to stand cloth mop on top and air dry outdoors whether winter/summer, it will be nice and clean. If winter, allow to sit outdoors in sun for a few hours, and though your mop will be stiff, take indoors and mop will soften. At least its clean. I also want to mention I've bought and wasted so much money on these new mops claiming to clean with ease even though you may see a video of how mop works and detect no issue, its there believe me, just another advertisement one may see that is so unreal you want to take your mop in this case and bring it to the company to smack them right over the head and say: thanks for this wonderful, annoying mop!!Hymmp! Stick to the cloth mops not dollar store brand they don't last, the good quality cloth mops!
