These capsules are great! Not only are they easy to swallow if I'm not careful the gelatin will begin to melt before I've even taking it .So solubility is obvious and I noticed a difference I'm not straight away. Within the first week there were changes . I've always been low on electrolytes every time my doctor will do my blood work she seems to have believed it's due to my long term use of medication for a lifelong condition. This has brought my electrolytes back up to normal giving me energy and truly helped me feel better. I would highly recommend trying them. These capsules have given me that little boost that I've needed. Medication for depression brings down your electrolytes I know this because that's what I'm on and have been for decades these capsules have helped equal out my small imbalance my medication works almost enough but not quite enough this has completed it. So my conclusion has been that I was low on electrolytes because of the medication and there are very few meds I can't take. Everyone's physiology is different but it's always worth a try in my opinion and I have been battling my situation ever since I was a child.

I ordered this product as soon as I decided to try the Ketogenic diet in order to decrease my chance in getting the Keto flu. It has been three weeks since I started this way of eating and the supplements have really helped. I am eating a wholesome diet of dark leafy greens and veggies, healthy fats and organic or grass fed meats, as well as taking a multivitamin and water with electrolytes- so I also contribute that to not getting the Keto flu. The product does exactly what it offers. Although I have never had any issues with falling asleep i will occasionally have a night where I toss and turn all night and end up feeling so tired the next day. Since taking these, I am getting a full night's rest, with little to no tossing or turning. I don't feel like I need to nap mid-day because I really do have more energy. I would highly recommend these if you are thinking about going Keto, or if you are just looking for a supplement that has Calcium, Sodium, Potassium and Magnesium.

I moved to a very humid area in SW Missouri. These are a must have for the humid months! You lose so many electrolytes so quickly even just sitting that if you are not careful you will get very sick in a very short while. These help restore all those electrolytes and keep you feeling good. I take one at night after a sweaty day and I sleep better with things in balance. I take one if I am going outside to work in the humidity. Really makes a difference. Worth the money to try. I imagine they would be great for ultra athletes and hikers also.

I FEEL BETTER, MAYBE IS MY IMAGINATION. I USED TO HAVE CRAMPS ON MY LEGS VERY PAINFUL CRAMPS AND I HAVE NOT EXPERIENCED ANY . HOPE MY ELECTROLYTES ARE BALANCED. I FEEL THIS PRODUCT IS HELPING ME A LOT. TIME WILL TELL.

These electrolytes are just what you need after a grueling marathon or workout session. You can literally feel the difference in recovery when using this product I highly recommend for the athletes.

I would've given this ZERO stars but Amazon forces you to give at least a one star rating. I'm on my 3rd or 4th order of this supplement, the last 2 orders have been mostly empty capsules and a ton of loose powder at the bottom of the bottle. Lots of capsules stuck together, almost like they got wet. I'm not sure what happened there but based on how many people have complained about this same thing you will lose a LOT of customers if you don't get it under control. I'm on my way now to request a refund AND look for a replacement from another company. So unfortunate, it WAS a great product but now it's just garbage - literally.

Product works okay, but the full list of ingredients wasn't on the product page; there is actually an additional amino acid (L-leucine) added to the extra "other" ingredients within the capsule; would have been nice to know, but it wasn't on the nutrition label. Also, in order to get the bottle open, you have to remove plastic which covers the sides of the cap, but unfortunately it's completely attached to the ENTIRE label, so as you tear that off, it will also damage and remove part of your label, or leave it a mess. There should have been a separate safety seal covering the cap area, separate from the rest of the label.

I was looking for something to help me with leg cramps that were bothering me constantly throughout the night. I was barely getting any sleep from having to reposition myself every few minutes. These weren't the massive charlie horse cramps, but cramps that were strong enough to wake me up constantly. The second day of taking them, I slept through the night. The cramps were gone. And I have had no cramps since I started taking these a week ago. I am taking 1 capsule in the morning and 1 before bed. I definitely recommend these.
