SIM card issue
I purchased this devise on the 23rd April. I installed the SIM card and followed all the instructions but the mobile wifi wouldn't work. I'm not a technical expert so I sought advice. The problem appears to be the SIM Card which was included with the mobile wifi expired on the 25th February. I can'tspeak to anyone and I can't return the device because it has been opened. I have tried cotacting T-Mobile in the UK who claim to have a 24/7 contact number (01707 31 50000) but it is constantly engaged. I am not happy with AMAZON or T-Mobile or the manufacturer inseego
