Sleek and effortless
I ordered this toilet to replace my 20 year old Kohler Memoirs Stately toilet. I love that this is one piece and has the skirted bottom. No more dust collecting on the bottom panel of the toilet or that weird leg like feature. I love the handle and how effortless it is to flush.I will note that my plumber did have to do a second trip while I waited to get a 10” rough in kit because the 12” that the toilet came with was not suitable for the configuration of my bathroom because of my wall tile. However that’s not a problem with the toilet and I received the kit immediately. So just a heads up to anyone installing that my have tile on their wall.

Terrific Toilet
The other review is correct. AWESOME FLUSH! This toilet can also take almost anything you can throw at it (so to speak). Ive had this for just over 3 years now (it was $60 cheaper then) and it has only clogged once. It really should have been a “3 flusher”, but I waited to do it in one. Completely my fault but I needed to know!I love that it is a single piece unit. Less area for breakdown/leaks over time. The flushing mechanism has never once failed me. I would say the install was a little tricky. I didnt like the way the side support mounts fastened to the floor anchors—it seemed unnecessarily convoluted to me. I never could get a rock-solid grip. If I wanted to, I could rotate the toilet a bit but thankfully I dont want to Gravity is also helping to keep it put. This is why I cant give it 5 stars. Maybe someone with more experience can get those anchors tighter, but I think its just a cheap mounting system.Also its a bit expensive. However now that its installed I really do love it.Note that my first shipment arrived with a completely busted up box and a lot of rattling inside. I think theyre packing job has a LOT to be desired as my one piece the toilet came in 15 pieces. Thanks to Amazon Prime I was able to get another in 2 days and I simply put the broken unit to the trash. If mine ever did break, I would buy this again for sure.

Flush mechanism & float switch problems
This toilet is horrible. The flush mechanism was received without being installed correctly from the factory - therefore it runs constantly. Once that was repaired the float valve sticks in the up position and you must remove the toilet top to manually reset the float.
