Timex Ironman Race Trainer PRO HRM

My wife used this watch a couple of times per week for about a year, until one day one side of the strap broke at the top of the watch. The other side held it for a week, but then the second side broke. Now, one year after purchasing, I'm left with a unusable watch. Unlike most watches, the band on this sports watch is not replaceable as far as I can tell. If anyone knows of a way to fix this band, let me know. I'm going to email Timex, but it's a shame that this happened since my wife really loved the watch.

great product but once the band breaks and it will break after about 6-9 months of wear good luck finding a replacement. timex doesn't have any and it uses its own special band not the traditions spring pins found in every other watch in the world. poor poor design. prob why the watch is on sale and they don't make replacement bands. other then that awesome watch and easy functions.
