So this is more of a thank you than a review. I ordered it for Christmas. Just realizing I didn’t use it really much at all considering I have extra power banks. BUT want to say a HUGE thank you to this company so during my trip I lost my wallet. Searched this bag so many times but just had no luck. Retired it! Today I got a package in the mail from them was surprised because I returned it and didn’t ask for a new one. Well inside was my wallet all my cards and even the cash as well my license. I was amazed they took the time to do the right thing. Was so amazed they didn’t take a penny or try and use any of my cards. So to this company. A HUGE THANK YOU to this company for tacking the time to return my wallet with everything in it. The bag did work grate. My only problem I just about always have a power bank on me. I olny use power banks for my iPad and phone. But if you travel with a computer I’d highly recommend this for plane trips on long drives.

This is a great backpack.Love the quality and it’s actually better than what I thought it would be.This is now my everyday backpack.The compartments are great for keeping things organized,easy to access and the bag is very convenient to carry.The straps are nice and padded so it doesn’t pull all the weight down and it’s a proper fit.Love that it’s waterproof.It rained a few times and it kept everything dry.My husband carried this backpack a few times for traveling and he was really impressed with the use of USB ports and the power indicator.He pretty much carried everything from laptop to toiletries.He felt really happy for taking this backpack with him.It really gives a pretty good protection to the laptop with all the padding and very gadget friendly.I am very happy with the purchase and I would recommend.

Technically I've had problems with the first backpack I received as well as the replacement they sent. And the case of the first the charger stopped working after only using it about 10 times. I called and they sent me a new backpack. So I can't really complain about their service, but the new backpack was impossible to plug into. The USB plug you're supposed to be able to plug into was all jammed up somehow. And to be frank the first one was very troublesome as well in terms of the USB plug.The other complaint I have about this is that the backpack is shaped like an upside-down V, not the other way around like most backpacks. If you put your computer and a cable in there you can just about fit a book and a shirt and that's about it. If you would have had a sandwich by the time you got where you were going to sandwich definitely would be smashed flat. It just doesn't have a lot of room. Another complaint is that the pockets or at least several of the pockets have no bottoms, so whatever you put in them just falls into the main cavity. One last thing is that it has no way of attaching to a roller bag. The design doesn't claim it can but it would be a nice feature to add on once they make it bigger and get the electronics to work.

One of the smallest and structurally weak "tech" bags I've ever come across. The main gimmick is the charger built in to the bag, which is nice, but man....this bag is cheaply made. The flap that covers over the charge port on the side of the bag broke after a week of VERY careful use. You can tell that the flap was just a bit too tight of a fit over the port cover, and that it breaking was almost inevitable. Now I'm stuck with a usb charging cable uselessly dangling out of an open hole on the side of the bag. The space inside the bag once you add a 15" laptop is little to none. I can't fit anything larger than my hand in the bag once a laptop is put inside it. For a $100+ bag, I expected so much more.

I love this thing. I ride a motorcycle and this is very good for long days away from outlets! Also it does a fantastic job of protecting the laptops in the secret pocket. It is a little bit smaller than other backpacks i have owned but it really makes up for it in what all it offers. Seriously love this item. A must own if you are in the market for a bag that does more than just hold stuff!

Even without the 16,000 mAh battery pack this backpack would still be worth the money! Your first hint that this is a quality product is the superb stitching and anti theft zippers. If you're a pocket guy like I am this is the bag for you. 12 pockets of varying size. Update: Just had to walk home in freezing rain. This bag handled it like a champ! Bone dry inside. Even the front pocket is dry. Battery pack is doing fine too. I love this bag!

I wound up returning this because I realized I didn't need a battery, but it's very well-made. Perfect for a student on a large campus.
