Fits okay, but was a little difficult to install. better insrtuctions would have helped but manage to figure it by watching youtube videos. The case consists of 3 pieces (shell, front piece, and outer rubber cover). So separate case into the 3 pieces, which will take some effort. small screwdriver will help separate the pieces otherwise you will have some bruised fingernails. Once the pieces are separated, then it is easy to install installing one piece at a time and snapping in place. The controls work reasonably well, but had some trouble with the power on/off so had to readjust outer cover. Ports for charging and headphones work pretty good. Case could have a higher edge to protect screen if dropped face down. I have dropped phone once and no damage.

The case is okay, but the placement of the belt clip makes it hard to access the power button. Also its east to confuse the 2 other bumps on the side as operation buttons. This has you pressing on non-active bumps. Not great for arthritic hands. The ring has chipped, so it did save the phone from damage had it not been there.

There were no instructions with the case and it was already assembled as if it had a phone in place. There were multiple tight little pressure points that had to be released, some simultaneously. Did I say tight? After. Several chipped nails, they finally released. It's a great case, just had to work it out. Not as bulky as an Otterbox but feels like it would protect the phone well.

Hard to find a protective case that included a screen cover for the Samsung S7 Edge. The ToughBox brand fits great & looks to be better than the Otterbox I had before. My old Otterbox button cover was poorly designed, it became impossible to turn the screen on.

The case itself seems well contructed to protect the phone as advertised. I especially like the clip holster so I can release the phone down rather than up when clipped horizontally to my belt. Like another reviewer though, I had problems with the screenguard particularly with touch repsonsiveness on the screen lower left. I discarded the screenguard but assume it was there for a reason so I expect the case to be less protective overall.The main problem I have with this case and why I will be looking for an alternative is that it prevents my phone from charging wirelessly. I have to remove the outer case rubber shell before my Qi wireless charger can connect to the phone. My wife has the same phone and charger that works fine with here rubberized case from a different vendor so not sure what the deal is this one (thickness?).Lastly without instructions, the case is a bit of a puzzle to assemble/dissemble. It also has some tight plastic snaps that are unlikely to withstand this repeatedly.

This is the 2nd time I purchased this and the same thing happened. The glass is too rigid to put back in the protective case. It breaks the glass everytime. The case does not give (bend) enough to get the phone with glass together.

When people say better than otter box, they can only mean these cases. I busted my s7 edge screen with a symmetry case so I didn't know what I'd use as an even safer case for my replacement device. I used the screen protector for a while but I'm good without one. Plus I was lucky enough to find this same case and holster, crystal clear ones, on a popular auction site. These cases are the best. Consider yourself lucky and safe if you get one. Oh, and P.S. I cut off the port covers. They get in the way of headphone and charging cables. Nobody has time for that, but thanks for caring enough to include them.

I received the product on time. I took time to read the directions and it is working great! all of my buttons work well, charging port opens and closes with little effort. I use a wireless charger mostly and it works through the case.
