The media could not be loaded.  I used this for a month, however now it is no longer level and there doesn't seem to be a fix. 3 of the arms are wobbly, only one is usable. I tried putting something under the stands, but then i can only make one cup at a time. If i wanted a single cup turner i would have bought that. I dk if there is a way to fix this, but i really didn't need just a tumbler 'HOLDER'. It is very quiet, i love that the switches are independent. a few things w the design, the legs are too close the outer arms. Resin can easily get on it causing it to stick if you don't wipe it up immediately. The holders in the back are not stable at all, only one was usable. So i don't recommend this. It needs more stability for the wand...I will have to add something underneath to make the arms level.

I got my turner in and set it up. used it once and one of the turners was faulty. I contacted the seller about the issue and their response was to send me a new one. they were quick to respond and the new turner is working PERFECTLY.

This tumbler cup turner is AMAZING. I LOVE IT! I did just get it but the motor is so quiet unlike some other cup turners I have purchased. You can turn on all 4 at once or just one. Came with plenty of supplies and I really like the silicone mats! Ive never used one before and its a game changer. HIGHLY HIGHLY recommend!!!
