Will this cause any damage or excessive use on fretboard or frets? I’ve noticed the chemically coated strings in past have unwanted wear on fretboards

I tend to get LESS wear on the nut, saddle and frets/fretboard from the XS strings. I have been playing them on my acoustics since 2021, and they work great. The coating is not chemical, but rather thin polymere.

Looking looking for strings for a hollow body 335 style guitar. Daily light for a beginner

The half round EHR 310s are a great place to start. Long lasting string, less scratching noise from your fingers on the string.

Do the XS superlights come w colored-coded ball ends?

The XS series has color coded ball ends.
