Diamond Brite Paint1 Gallon Oil Base Enamel Paint in Tile Green 32300-1

Oil based concrete paint is no longer available, ... and years ago we used an Oil Based concrete paint for our Lani, tried it twice and the paint would always peel so we were advised to use an Oil Based Primer, and couldn't find it locally but found the Right One on Amazon... and so happy with the results. We power washed our Lani first to have most of the loose paint removed not all came off so our painter applied 2 Coats of the Primer and it covered very well, a beautiful color, dried quickly, then he only needed to apply one coat of the Water Based Paint, ... and said this should last us for years and never peel again.... we are so happy, and our Lani is a beautiful gray, slate color.... Would Definitely Recommend This Primer... (Thanks Amazon for carrying this primer)

This is my second gallon of white oil base paint and will use no other, decent price and very easy to apply.

Paint works well. Dried fast and seems to be very durable. Color was very similar on product as shown in picture.

well was a very good primmer Can come in demolished in box due to no packing but over the next week I used the whole can so wasn't as much as a problem as if I wasn't

I was making some "vintage" replacement cabinets for an older home, something that would match the look and feel which we could add without doing a complete tear-out-and-remodel - and needed a "matching" paint, something durable, something easy to clean, which pretty much rules out most (if not ALL) "water based" products.This stuff is oil base, so yes, it "smells" a bit when curing. Not a problem here. Dried well, has a nice solid finish, with oil base durability. I lined the new cabinets with vinyl shelf paper, installed these next to the old cabinets, and VIOLA - near perfect match!I've "demolished" 50-year-old wooden cabinets during kitchen remodels in the past, where the "old" oil based paint finish was still going strong - cleanable, still protecting, the wood beneath the paint was virtually brand new - so I know what I'm talking about.This was a "budget" product, so my solution had to fit the budget: Vintage style custom wood cabinet, oil based paint to finish, and vinyl shelf liner turned out to be the perfect solution.You can't ask much more from a proven product, such as old school oil base enamel.

Received can so badly dented it spilled all over when opened. Bent up worse on trying to close. Paint was mixed with paddle or 10 minutes still had faded look. Painted primed surface wouldn't brush on evenly, lot of brush marks. Took two days to dry and still wet in thicker spots. Not glossy at all. Didn't bother with second coat. Sanded off and started over with rust-oleum . Cheap is cheap when it comes to this stuff. I read the other reviews and it's a pack of lies. Pay more and do it right the first time.

Bought this paint to paint my unsightly container, did the job well! Used a electric airless paint sprayer with amazing results! Had to thin down a bit with mineral spirits to spray would definitely use again if need be!
